| El Museo Felisa Rincón de Gautier was constructed in 1987, in honor of Felisa Rincón de Gautier. Felisa Rincón de Gautier was the first women elected as mayor of a major city in the Americas. She was called "Mujer de las Americas", due to all her accomplishments and her pursue for women's rights. |
